Conjurer of Dreams: Sprites, Fairies and more

 

Hello

Today I'm sharing some projects I made using Conjurer of Dreams images. I hope you'll pop over to the store and take a look at the Digital Art on sale for collage, scrapbooks, journals, cards and more.

We have an open, worldwide challenge at the Conjurer of Dreams Blog.

The challenge theme is always 'Anything Goes'.

Here are my DT makes.

FOREST MOSS FAIRY:

I fussy cut one of the beautiful Forest Moss Fairy and placed her on a stamped stencil background (made with various green oxide inks and an AALL & Create stencil) which had some black stamping.

ACORN SPRITES:

Here I fussy cut one of the beautiful Acorn Sprite images and placedit on a stamped stencil background (made with various green oxide inks and an AALL & Create stencil) which had some black stamping.

A WOOD AND WIRE WINDOW HANGER:

I fussy cut one of the Floral Arches and added one of the Alice in Dreamland images behind it.

It was adhered to a piece of dried twig and florist wire was wrapped around a pencil to make a spiral swing

DIGITAL ART: KLIMT STYLE:

I removed the background from one of the Klimt Inspired Mosaic Glass images and added it with shadows to a bespoke Klimt style Background that Kim, the owner of CoD, made for me. I finished off with a sketchy black floral border and a fame.

KLIMT STYLE:

This  uses one of the complete images from the Klimt Inspired Mosaic Glass set. It os double layered with gold borders onto a Blue Silk Background with some added gold embellishments and a Gustav Klimt quote.

RETRO WAITRESS :

This fun Retro Waitress image was added to a Red Silk Background and some black and white border masks added along with a sentiment and red bow.

Crafts Galore Encore: Fornasetti Inspired Girls

 

 Hello

Today sees that start of a new challenge at Crafts Galore Encore. 

The theme is always 'Anything Goes' and you can enter up to 3 different projects.  The challenge runs all month until mid day (GMT) 29th April.

This month's challenge is kindly sponsored by WendyLynn's Paper Whims.

Here is what I made:

It's a mini book, made with images from WendyLynn's Paper Whims digital collage sheet called Fornasetti Inspired Ladies.

I die cut patterned paper for the pages and inked the edges in black. The Fornasetti ladies were fussy cut and adhered. I added black and white check ribbon to ground the images and made paper flowers as embellishments. I added black sticker sentiments and created the title on the front page with alpha stickers. The book is bound by metal snap rings.
