* Scrapbook Stamp Society: Bestie in a Barrel

Hello friends!

Today I'm sharing my DT project for Scrapbook Stamp Society

The challenge is Anything Goes.

The Winners and Runner-Ups will receive My Bestie digital stamps from a selection on offer.  For more details, please pop over to the challenge blog.

I have a very bright and cheery card for you today!

The image was coloured with Copics and cut with a stitched rectangle die. I made a mixed media background for her using Dylusion spray ink, modelling paste through a stencil and stamping. This mat was also cut with a stitched rectangle die and placed on top of some orange embossed card. I added a lovely ribbon banner and inked a Papermania glittered sentiment. Finally I added a ribbon bow.

I hope you'll pop over to the Challenge Blog and see the DT's fabulous projects.
We would love it if you'd share your work with us!

Thanks for stopping by today!

xoxo

* If You Give A Crafter Cookie: Shopping Bestie

Hello friends!

Today is the start of a brand new challenge at
If You Give A Crafter A Cookie.

I do hope you'll join us.

You can enter your projects until the 6th September.

As always, there is a photo inspiration, and here it is:

The wonderful sponsors this time are Sherri Baldy and Oddball Art, both are offering images to the lucky winner.

I used the beautiful Love to Shop Fluffy Bestie (Img 112) by Sherri Baldy on my card:

I chose a background of black and white striped glitter card and layered this onto a white mat and a pink mat. I attached some white lace to the left hand side of the card and attached the coloured and fussy cut image on foam pads. I made three flowers from white card, using a die. The flowers were coloured with Memento ink and water and given a spritz of gold Glimmer Mist. A chunky pearl was added to the centre of each flower. Some white card foliage was added.

That's all from me for today.
Now it's over to you...

Please pop over to the
If You Give A Crafter A Cookie
challenge blog to check out the lovely designs by the rest of the DT.

We would love for you to share your projects in the challenge!

You could win digi stamps or become one of our 'Top Cookies'!

Thanks for stopping by today!

If You Give A Crafter A Cookie: May Bestie

Hello crafty friends!

Today is the start of a brand new challenge at
If You Give A Crafter A Cookie.
I hope you'll join us.

You can enter your projects until the 31st May.

Here is the photo inspiration:

Our sponsor this time is the lovely Sherri Baldy

Here is the card I made:

I coloured the image with alcohol markers, then cut it with an oval die. I found some matching glitter card for the background and matted this onto black card. Two strips of lace were placed through the centre of the card and some white organza ribbon laid on top. The image oval was popped on foam pads and some cream and ivory roses added.

That's all from me for today. Now it's over to you...

My Besties at Crafts Galore Encore

Hello!

I'm over the moon to be writing my first post as part of the DT for

This month we are sponsored by the lovely Sherri Baldy, creator of My Besties.
You can visit her at My Besties Shop.com or at her Etsy Store.

Sherri is offering these 3 digi stamps , as used by the Crafts Galore Encore DT, as prize for the winner:
We hope you'll play along.

The theme this month is
use a digi or stamp anywhere on your project.

I used Img 875 which you can find here.

I coloured the image with Spectrum Noir markers. Pink and green is one of my favourite colour combinations. A Cottage Cutz stitched rectangle die was used to cut around the image which was then matted onto pink and green textured card.
The background paper is from the Nitwit Collections and is called Time for Tea. The image was attached on foam pads. Die cut Tattered Lace Spring Wreaths were entwined around diagonally opposite corners. I made two flowers with the Spellbinders Create a Gerber die, and coloured them with Memento ink in Rose Bud and Bamboo Leaves.
A die cut Cheery Lynn Pierced Banner was attached with the sentiment.
