I won A Snowflake's Promise 'DT Favourite' with this card.
Today's card is a beach scene using the beautiful, quirky Vera Lane Studio digi stamps.
For my background I chose patterned paper and tore the edges for a more natural look.
The girl is a free image for VL Facebook members (why don't you come and join us?) and the beach huts (which are really houses) are from the Whimsical Bike Rider set. All images were coloured with Spectrum Noir markers and attached on foam pads to add some dimension. White pen was used to add dots and scribbles.
A piece of gold embossed washi tape, again with a torn top edge, was added to ground the images.

The sentiment was stamped using alphabet blocks and edged in ink.
A hand drawn border was added as a final touch.
