Hello!
The sponsor this month is the fabulous Fred She Said who are offering the winner a generous $10.00 store gift voucher.
Fred She Said kindly gave the DT some images to work with. I chose Emma in her Cool Cap.
Here is my project:
I coloured Emma with Copic markers and added a few white Posca pen highlights. I fussy cut her, leaving a thin white border so that she would stand out from the background.
The background is made with a background stamp and my stamping platform. I applied distress inks to the stamp (Faded Jeans, Salty Ocean, Broken China, Worn Lipstick and Picked Raspberry), spritzed them with water and stamped onto card. There was plenty ink left over for two more stamps for future projects. I've only just realised that the pattern and colours are very similar to a summer dress I own!
I matted the stamped background onto dark blue card, added some lace trim across the bottom, followed by two layers of sheer pink ribbon above that. I made a double ribbon bow and attached it. Emma is popped up on foam pads for dimension and I die cut the sentiment three times and stacked it to create some depth.
We'd love to see your creations.

We'd love to see your creations.
Remember the challenge is always 'Anything Goes' and so you can create any type of project - it doesn't have to be a card.
