Vera Lane Studio: Pray and Play

Hello!

Happy May Day! Unusually, we're having a spell of beautiful, hot, sunny weather here in the UK. And today is my birthday - and it's a big birthday, too :)

Today at Vera Lane Studio we have a new digi set release. It's the cute and whimsical Play and Pray. Here are two cards I made with it:

This first one used Play - she's coloured with Copic Markers and fussy cut. She's popped onto a Distress Oxide background which has some black stamping and dictionary text.

This second card uses Pray - she has a washi tape prayer mat and her background is made from Dylusions paint applied with a baby wipe. Some paint has been stencilled over and I added some white Posca pen doodling.

And here is my second ATC for the VLS Facebook swap:

Pray is just perfect as the ATC theme this month is Blessings. Pray has a Distress Oxide background, a snippet of pink cotton lace and a small piece of glitter mesh trim. She also has some torn dictionary text and a Tim Holts Small talk sticker for the sentiment. I finished the ATC with a hand drawn border.

Play and Pray

I hope you'll come along and play on Vera Lane. It's such a friendly, fun place to be!

Thanks for stopping by today.
xoxo
