* Crafts Galore Encore: Purple Pansies

Happy New Year!

I hope 2019 brings you happiness, good health and peace.

We have a new challenge for January at the Crafts Galore Encore Challenge Blog. The theme is always Anything Goes.

Our sponsor for January is Sprinkle and Sparkle who are generously offering a $15 store voucher to the challenge winner.

I was given a digi stamp to work with and I chose the Purple Pansies:

I used the pre coloured version of the digi stamp and arranged the elements around the sentiment before printing it our three times. I used a stitched rectangle to die cut the base. I added more colour to the background with Pan Pastels and a soft brush. I fussy cut the rows of pansies and leaves from the second set to decoupage around the sentiment. Finally, a third set of pansies were fussy cut to be added as a top layer.

I matted my base onto shimmery dark green paper and attached it to a white card base. It makes a beautiful spring card.
