The challenge this week at Less is More #270 is a colour challenge. It is: White space but not WHITE
Here is the card I made:
The scribbly flower was stamped in black ink onto book paper. It was then coloured in a puddle of distress ink (Rose bud and Spiced Marmalade) and water. Once dry the flowers were glued onto snippets of black card and cut out. The same was done with a piece of torn paper for the sentiment.
The sentiment was stamped and was heat embossed. I cut a piece of Kraft card to 12cm x 17 cm as the background of the card and assembled the flowers and sentiment using foam pads to add a bit of dimension. The main flower was finished with a pearl centre. The kraft card was attached to a white card base.
