Hello!
I made a quick and easy Easter card using digital paper and an image from Gecko Galz.
The paper is from the Easter Eggs mini paper pack and the image is from the Country Charm digital collage set which is one of my favourite sets of images.
The image was fussy cut and the edges inked with Vintage Photo. It was placed on a die cut doily to help it stand out from the background paper. The paper was also inked around the edges and the image and doily were attached on foam tape for some dimension. A banner was made from two strips of paper and a piece of pink Baker's Twine was wound around it. The banner was also attached on foam tape. The printed sentiment was cut into strips, inked around the edges and adhered directly onto the background. The background paper was then matted on to pink card and attached to the card base.
I'd love to invite you to join the Gecko Galz Facebook Group. Each month we have 4 challenges, each with prizes.
These are the current ones:
Check out the Gecko Galz Etsy Shop (each week there are $1 deals) and the Gecko Galz Blog for freebies, found at the end of each DT's post. Look at these beauties, just some of the free images from the past month:
There is also a Customer Challenge on the Gecko Galz Blog - this month the theme is Nouveau Garden - check it out here.
Thanks for stopping by today.
