It's Day 4 of the Cat Lovers' Blog Hop. I hope you've visited Janis's blog - there's lots going on including giveaways, games and crafting ideas!
I'm back to share another of my makes - this time a quick make using a digital collage sheet from Lisa's Altered Art.
I printed out 2 of the collage sheets - each sheet has 4 large squares (just under 4 inches square) and 4 small squares (1.5 inches square). I inked the edges of the images in black and matted them onto some blue card which was had it's edges inked in black. This was then matted onto teal card which also had black inked edges. The white card bases are 5 x 5 inches. From the second sheet, I fussy cut around the kittens and the small butterflies. The fussy cut kittens were popped on foam pads on top of the originals and the butterflies were shaped and secured just in the centre.
I may bundle these together and cello-gift wrap for a cat-loving friend.
With the small images I made some tags - they are not all the same size, as I was just using up some of the left over card.

ReplyDeleteSqueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!! Kitty flies! Why didn't the creator think of that? Ah, he probably figured they get into enough trouble without them. Ok case closed. LOL
ReplyDeleteNow for your comment issue. I don't know what kind of set up you have but apparently they are being pricksy about comments all of a sudden. I had the same problem and I had to go to settings and allow cookies. https://productforums.google.com/forum/?hl=en&fromgroups#!category-topic/blogger/6Y4oCwjBeWI%5B1-25%5D
After allowing cookies then I set it so they cleared when I shut down my computer at night. I hope this helps. It is so frusterating. It took me a week to figure it out. Maybe 2 because at first I just thought it was something with their blog and not me.
