Gecko Galz: Far East Beauty

Let's hope that 2021 brings health and happiness to everyone!

As we start a new year, the January customer challenge at Gecko Galz is Far East Beauty. You can check out the fabulous creations made by the DT on the Gecko Galz blog. 
We would love for you to join the challenge using one or more products from the Gecko Galz Etsy shop.

Here is what I made:

This is a Joyful Card. It is quite simple to make. 

Mine is a 6 x 6 inch card with the front folded back at the halfway point. A 4 x 4 inch card is decorated on two sides and adhered inside the 6 x 6 inch card.

When folded up it looks like this and fits a standard 6 x 6 inch envelope:

I used the lovely papers from the Far East Fun Kit and mounted each panel onto red textured card. The beautiful image is from the Asian Dreams Collage Set.

I used my new Tim Holtz Impresslit (Radiant) die to emboss and die cut the stars from gold cardstock and I added some gold edge stickers around the front panel.
