* Vera Lane Studio: Oh Rats



Hello!

 Today is my DT day at Vera Lane Studio and I have chosen to make a card with the quirky, cute Oh Rats which were released a couple of weeks ago.


I love the dressed up rats! The boy rat in his bow tie and waistcoat and the girl rat in her blouse ... just adorable!
I coloured them with Copic markers and fussy cut them.
The background is Fresco Chalk acrylic paints from PaperArtsy brayered on to a gelli plate and stencilled over. I did some stamping in complimentary inks and some black stamping around the edges. The edges of the background were also inked with Worn Lipstick and black archival ink. Heart washi tape grounds the rats which are popped up on foam.
The sentiment is a Tim Holtz Small Talk sticker.
