* Path of Positivity: Little Camper

 Hello!

Today is the start of a new Path of Positivity challenge.
The challenge lasts for the month of May.

This month the theme is Anything Goes with the optional twist of
Change Your Environment.

Prizes this month include:
  • TWO digital images from All Dressed Upour guest sponsor for this month, for a person chosen in a random draw based on all qualifying entrants.
  • ONE image (value of $5 or less) from Scribbles Designs, for the post or project that the team deems most inspiring of the bunch based on all qualifying entrants.
  • One digital image from Creative Bug Digital SnapShots for each person chosen as a DT Delight.

Our optional theme this month is
Change Your Environment.
This could be going for a day out or taking a holiday,. It could be going for a bike ride or a walk. It could be changing something at home - decorating, painting, gardening. Or it could be making changes to help save our planet.
There are so many ways you can interpret the optional theme this month. We are waiting to see your take on the theme.

Please remember ...
... in order to be eligible for the prizes your project must be positive, inspirational, motivational or encouraging in some way.

I have to admit I was spoiled for choice with all the lovely stamps at All Dressed Up, but I decided upon Little Camp
What better way to change your environment than by travelling to somewhere different, pitching a tent and spending a few days in the fresh air. Being outdoors, walking and exploring is good for the soul and it clears the mind. It doesn't have to be far away - just a change of scenery does you a world of good!

Here is the card I made with Little Camp:

I coloured her with Copic markers and fussy cut her. I added her to a background that was lying on my desk - it was made simply by smooshing the card into Distress Oxides and water. I sponged green ink lightly around the image so that it would blend into the background. The sentiment is a stamp that was free, quite a while ago, in a paper crafting magazine.
I matted the image block onto black card and made a second background from a leaf stamp which is part of a set of stamps by Woodware called 'Lino Cut - Hare in the Fields'. I inked the stamp with three colours of Distress Oxide and stamped it around the edge of the card. This too was matted not black card.
Here is a close up:

Isn't she sweet! Her bunny ear headband and boho tent are adorable and she seems at one with nature watching the little bird.

Many thanks to All Dressed Up, this month's guest sponsor,

and to Scribbles Designs as the ongoing sponsor of the challenge

We would love to see your creations!
Just make sure that your entry is positive, inspirational, motivational or encouraging in some way!
