* Mail Art Envelope

Hello!

The challenge at Lost Coast Portal to Creativity at the moment is Mail Art and I wanted to take part.

Here is my envelope - I had to blank out the address as it is already on its way to one of my friends.

I used a pre-made 5 x 7 inch envelope. I blended Distress Oxides over the front, using a mask where the address will be written. Next, I applied a darker colour through #78 Cloister Grille stencil. from AALL & Create.

I used the border stamp #34 with Versafine Clair Warm Breeze to apply the circles. Then I stamped the cats using #465 Tall Cats. I made some of them appear as if they were peeking from behind the address space. I bleached out some of the Oxide colour inside the cats to make them stand out a little more.

Finally, I inked around the envelope edges with black ink and doodled a border around the address space.

All stamps and stencils used are from AALL & Create.

Thanks for visiting.
