Path of Positivity: The Adventure Begins

Welcome to the midway reminder for the September Path of Positivity Challenge.

Our challenge is always Anything Goes with an optional theme.

This month's option is to design a project that is inspired by our Tic-Tac-Toe board.

Honours and Prizes include:

• $6 worth of images from Scribbles Designs, for a person chosen in a random draw based on all qualifying entrants.
• A badge for the following honours: Top Pick, Voter's Choice, Most Inspirational, Random Winner, DT Delight.

Here is my midway DT project:

For my card, I chose the central column, Buttons or Bling, Dimension/Texture and Masculine. It just so happens that it also fits the bottom row as well.

I chose a couple of masculine images and a sentiment from Gecko Galz collage sets. I made the brick textured background using a Tim Holtz 3D embossing folder and swiped Distress Oxide ink pads (Old Paper, Frayed Burlap and Pumice Stone) across it so that the raised parts picked up colour. I made the Bon Voyage image into a poster, adding gold bling at the corners. The gentleman was fussy cut and inked around the edges. I decided to add part of a die cut flag banner across one of the top corners and some 'metal work' borders all around the edges.
