Path of Positivity: Enjoy Nature

 Hello!

Today is the start of a new Path of Positivity challenge.

The challenge lasts for the month of August.

This month the theme is Anything Goes with the optional twist of 

Enjoy Nature.

Prizes this month include:

• AU $10 store voucher from Beccy's Place, our guest sponsor for this month, for a person chosen in a random draw based on all qualifying entrants.

Our optional theme this month is 

Enjoy Nature.

So, this month we would like you to design a project that focuses on Enjoying Nature. 

Nature has so many aspects that you can explore.: animals, birds, sea life; hiking, walking, swimming, boating; skiing, snowboarding and other winter outdoor activities; gardening, outdoor photography ... the list is endless.

This month let the beauty of natural world be your inspiration.

I choose the beautiful bird in her nest image from the Feathered Nest set.  I love watching the birds in our garden. They have actually become quite tame and trusting, waiting patiently each morning for food and fresh water. I swear they look through the kitchen window when they are hungry! One wood pigeon keeps guard on top of the weeping cherry tree and warns the other birds of any dangers. 

Here is my project:

I coloured this lovely image with Copic markers. I used a die to cut the image, then leaving the die in place, I blended Bundled Sage Distress Oxide ink onto the background. I added a few white paint spatters and attached the wonderful sentiment on foam tape. I added a die cut mat of kraft card, then popped it onto a white card with a black mat.
