* Gecko Galz: Silly Love Songs

It's February, the month of Love, and at Gecko Galz our new customer challenge is 

Silly Love Songs.

We also have the monthly Image Challenge and the monthly Christmas Image Challenge, as well as 4 Facebook challenges.

The winner of the Customer challenge will get a $25 Gecko Galz Etsy Store voucher and the runner up a $12 voucher. There are plenty of free Gecko Galz images if you don't already own any. Each blog post has a free image to collect and, if you sign up for the monthly newsletter, there is the chance to claim a free collage set each month.  Also if you make any purchase of $2 or more you receive a free image.

I made a vintage style card and used the Leo Sayer song lyrics as the sentiment. 

My card has layers of Pure Love and Romance and Roses papers. I made a card topper using an image from Lovely Vignettes, (and erasing the word 'Easter' in Photoshop). I love this gentleman, on his knees, serenading his lady friend. It looks like she has been given a huge bouquet of flowers too! I added some shop bought paper roses and made some leaves using Distress Oxide inked card and Tm Holtz dies. 

I typed the song lyrics and adhered them on foam tape. Gold and black mats finish of my card.
